Dr Eline Pedersen DC

Doctor of Chiropractic
Honoris Cause Doctorate of Humanity” specializing in Leadership (AUGP)
Initiator and Honorary President of NGO “Birth Forward”

Dr. Eline Pedersen, Doctor of Chiropractic and recipient of an Honoris Causa Doctorate of Humanity in Leadership from AUGP, was a true visionary in holistic wellness and a passionate advocate for human rights in healthcare.

As the founder and President of the NGO Birth Forward, she devoted her life to improving the quality of life for every individual, starting from the very moment of birth.

At the heart of Dr. Pedersen’s philosophy was the idea of the Health Quotient (HQ)—a way of understanding health as an adaptive state that includes not only the physical body, but also emotional and chemical balance, shaped by one’s unique genetics and environment. This belief, rooted in chiropractic principles, reflected her deep conviction that healing comes from within and that every person has an innate capacity to thrive. Inspired by the research of Dr. Michel Odent, who highlighted the lifelong impact of childbirth,

Eline was a tireless advocate for natural, nurturing birth experiences. She believed that every mother deserves the right support and every child deserves to take their first breath in an environment of safety, love, and respect—laying the foundation for lifelong health and resilience.

As a mentor and leader, Eline touched countless lives, empowering women across the globe to follow their own paths with passion and authenticity. She encouraged mothers not only in raising children, but in raising strong, confident, and compassionate future adults who can positively shape the world.

Her dedication reached far beyond borders. While her heart was in Cyprus, where she and her husband Costas founded the Health Q Chiropractic Clinics, and in Scotland with the Aberdeen Chiropractic Clinic, her influence was felt internationally.

Her work earned her numerous honors, including recognition at the 2019 UK National Mentoring Awards, the Women Appreciating Women Awards, and the Feminine Capital Forum. She was also featured in the Expert World Leader Book as one of the women dedicated to creating a better world.

Alongside her professional achievements, Eline contributed to projects in health and human rights, leaving a legacy of compassion, vision, and empowerment that continues to inspire all who knew her.
